Dobinsons Suspension Kit + Installation – BYD Shark 6 (2024 Onwards)

Complete Dobinsons suspension upgrade for the BYD Shark 6 4×4 (2024 onwards), supplied and fitted at Complete 4x4 in Burwood.

One combined price includes the complete selected suspension kit, freight into Burwood, professional installation and wheel alignment. Buy online and we contact you to confirm your vehicle, accessory weights, spring selection and workshop booking. This special package is fitted at our Burwood workshop only; kit-only pickup and home delivery are not offered.

Choose your suspension

• IMS Monotube: internal floating piston monotube shocks, with adjustable front spring-seat height.
• MRR 3-way Adjustable: remote reservoir shocks with high-speed compression, low-speed compression and rebound adjustment.

Springs matched to your load

Front spring options: 0–40 kg or 60–100 kg added front load. Select for the actual weight of fitted accessories, rather than bullbar material alone. Rear variable-rate coil spring options: 0–60 kg, 100–200 kg or 300–450 kg constant load. Match springs to weight carried regularly, not occasional maximum payload. If your load falls between the listed bands, contact our fitters for the correct specification.

What is included

A matched pair of front coil springs, two front struts, two rear shocks and a matched pair of rear variable-rate coil springs. Strut assembly and installation are included. Upper control arms are not included in these supplier-listed kits.

Lift and fitment

Dobinsons lists approximately 45 mm front and rear lift for the selected springs. Actual ride height depends on vehicle load and setup. Although the catalogue groups this application under 2-inch lift, the individual spring specification is 45 mm.

Application: Dobinsons BYD-01, Shark 6 4×4, 2024 onwards. Confirm your exact build, variant and accessories before installation. Performance and cab-chassis variants require separate fitment confirmation. A spring load rating does not increase legal carrying capacity, and this package is not a certified GVM upgrade.
