One price includes the selected rack, matching mounting kit, freight to our workshop and installation at Complete 4x4, 88–94 Highbury Road, Burwood VIC 3125. Workshop fitting only. No kit-only pickup or customer delivery. Order online and we contact you to confirm the vehicle and book installation.
Choose your rack
- Pioneer 6 – 1500 × 1380 mm — $2453.00 fitted. A dedicated Backbone mounting system instead of rail-clamp legs. Includes 62101 assembled Pioneer 6 platform + BYD-specific RBSB1 Backbone kit (JC-07875).
- Pioneer 6 Tradie – 1500 × 1380 mm — $2543.00 fitted. Tradie side rails with a dedicated Backbone mounting system. Includes 65101 Pioneer 6 Tradie tray + BYD-specific RBSB1 Backbone kit (JC-07876).
Fitment and installation
Backbone replaces the factory roof rails. Installation includes roof-lining removal and refitting, the vehicle-specific mounting hardware and the selected platform/tray. Confirm exact build and roof configuration before booking; 2024 vehicles require an individual fitment check. These are cab-roof systems, not tub or canopy racks.
Load and accessories
Always follow the lower of the vehicle and Rhino-Rack limits for the exact system and driving conditions. Rack weight and accessories reduce the load available for cargo. A platform does not increase the vehicle's roof rating. Cargo boxes, bike/kayak carriers, awnings, tie-downs and other accessories are not included.
