Tough Dog Suspension Kit + Installation – BYD Shark 2024 Onwards

Complete fitted Tough Dog suspension upgrade for the BYD Shark 2024 onwards, installed at Complete 4x4 in Burwood. Choose Foam Cell or 40mm Adjustable shocks, your front accessory setup and the rear spring rating that matches the constant load carried.

Your selected price includes the complete suspension kit, freight into our Burwood workshop, professional installation and wheel alignment. One combined fitted-package price, including GST.

Lift and suspension options

Approximately 40 mm lift front and rear; actual height depends on vehicle weight and accessories. Choose Foam Cell front struts and rear shocks, or the 40mm Adjustable front struts and rear shocks. The 40mm label describes the Adjustable shock range; nominal vehicle lift is approximately 40 mm for both options.

Choose your vehicle setup

• Front: no bullbar / alloy bullbar, steel bullbar, or bullbar with winch. Confirm the actual accessory weight with our team.
• Rear 0–300 kg: for vehicles without a permanent heavy rear load.
• Rear 300 kg+ constant load: for a regular, permanently carried load of 300 kg or more.
• Rear 500 kg+ constant load: for a regular, permanently carried load of 500 kg or more.

Choose springs for the load you carry every day, rather than an occasional maximum trip load. We confirm your accessories and load setup before fitting.

This special package is supplied and fitted at our workshop only. Kit-only collection and delivery to your address are not offered with this package. Add your chosen setup to cart and pay the displayed total. We contact you to confirm your exact vehicle, spring selection and installation date. Bring your vehicle to 88–94 Highbury Road, Burwood VIC 3125 for fitting and alignment.

Fitment notes

Listed for BYD Shark 2024 onwards. Confirm your exact model, build date, bullbar, winch and constant rear load before ordering. Performance 2.0-litre and Dynamic cab chassis compatibility require separate confirmation. The final spring specification is checked before installation.
